- 21-day window – Returns and exchanges must occur within 21 days of the original order date.
- Condition requirements – Items must be unused, unworn, free of stains, and in original packaging.
- Refund timing – Refunds are available only before your item has been processed to be printed. Usually within 1-2 days after purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Once items are printed, only store credit applies. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt. After 30 days, non-returnable merchandise will be donated.
Processing Timeline
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Customers receive a confirmation email when store credit becomes available.
